STEVEN BAUER

Esteban Ernesto Echevarria Samson was born December 2, 1956 in Havana, Cuba. His father was a pilot for Cuban Airlines and his mother was a schoolteacher. His family fled Cuba in 1960 after Castro's revolution. Steven grew up in Miami, Florida, and studied acting at the University of Miami where he made friends with Ray Liotta. 

After making a small splash under the name Rocky Echevarria, Steven moved to his more Anglo 

user-friendly name, with Bauer actually coming from his matrilineal side.

Steven's first wife was actress Melanie Griffith, after she traded up from Don Johnson.

SKINNING

One thing I always loved about Steven was that he had a great natural build.
He was not one who needed to buff up to be hot.

SCARFACE

Steven had steady work as an actor, but his first great role was playing one close to home. He would play Manny, a Cuban immigrant in the Brian DePalma remake of Scarface. The film was torn a new
one by critics at the time, but it has since become a cult classic, perhaps for it's instructions on 101 ways to torment and kill your enemies, or for the greatest usage of the word "fuck" outside of a script
written by David Mamet, or for the pools of blood and mountains of cocaine. Whatever the reason,
Scarface is back, baby!

THIEF OF HEARTS
After Scarface, Steven was a hot commodity, and he went immediately into leading man status in the soft core thriller Thief of Hearts. The film is duller than watching paint dry, but it does have Steven
giving us the thrill of a lifetime as he gets naked for in a couple of love scenes!

The image that is the still for the video below is at the 8 minute mark, and it is a scene in which Christopher Walken insists that he is going to fuck Steven for raping his woman. Steven's character must drop trou and bend over and take it, if only briefly. A brave scene for the actor, and hot for us!

Steven has since gone on to star in the Oscar nominated film Traffic, among other things, and he continues to work regularly, which may not have been as much as he deserved, but we certainly did reap the rewards of such a career!
