50K CELEBRATION: MATTHEW McCONAUGHEY

50,000 VISITORS SINCE JUNE

All right all you Eyeconic supporters out there; this blog has just passed the blessed 50,000 views mark! Starting on June 10th, and reaching that point today, just 5 months and 18 days later. I couldn't have done it without you--ALL of you. Thank you so much for making it so fun to create this blog and giving me a chance to wax hornilistically about beautiful men. Yes, there is no such English word as "hornilistically," but wouldn't you all agree with me that there should be?

I especially want to thank my friends: xyzpdq, who has graciously allowed me to use his video library, the most complete hunkopedia anywhere; David Asset, who offered (and continues to offer) his support for creating the blog; triryche, reks and the schnauzers for their kind remarks and keeping me feeling that somebody cares; and to jon jon, Brian, and Richie, for joining the club and being a part of the fun. 

When I started this, I thought that I'd be able to develop a good following in the United States, but I had no idea that my native country would account for only 2/5th of the board's visitors!  This board is more international than American, and for that reason I hope to always make it a welcome place to everyone, and I have tried to write from a world view, not exclusively an American one. 

My guess for second place in viewers was that it would be neighboring Canada, but alas, The Great White North is third in its visitors, and France is snipping at its heels at 4th. The spot of second place goes to the United Kingdom!  Thanks, Brits, for including me in your plans, and thanks to the Canucks and Franks, too!

As my way of thanking you, I give to you the caps of Matthew McConaughey's first real nude scene in the film Killer Joe, which was released this year.
